Some of the basic symptoms of diabetes are a lack of energy, feeling extremely tired most of the time and being thirsty. You may notice your sudden weight loss and the need to urinate frequently or the desire to especially at night. There are 2 causes of diabetes the primary reasons why this occurs is; the persons pancreas is not producing sufficient amounts of insulin needed for your body to function normal. the other reason is the insulin injections are not being used properly. Both reasons will result in an increased level of glucose in the blood. If you let it go long enough untreated it can cause an entire host of other problems. Type 1 Diabetes is caused by the lack of natural insulin or glucose, it is treated with insulin injections and a strict diet. Where as type 2 is mostly caused by the way a person lives there life. By following a strict diet and introducing regular exercise you can greatly help prevent this form diabetes.

Two of the most common forms are diabetes obesity and type 2, controlling your diet and doing plenty of exercise will reduce your risk of diabetes.
